well ive been gone for a few weeks on vacation and im ready to eat phase 1 hot and heavy im just gonna catch up one everyone and hopefully now i can get to know you all i joined just before vacation....mite not have been one of better moves

ouch! i can see that as a boo-boo. i myself started phase one and then made up a big batch of chocolate chip cookies from some friends...i had the willpower, i thought...
turns out i didn't, and i had a cookie spree, which led to an all out eating spree.
i restared phase one on thursday. welcome back to the beach!
