Uugh! I weighed in the same! But I won't let it get me down. I have noticed my pants becoming looser in the past week or two, as well as more muscle tone in my arms & legs, so I will say rather than not losing fat, I have been gaining muscle. I will see what the sclae says in a week to decide if I need to make any adjustments to my routine.
BTW: I got a new scale and it weighs me at 1lb more than the old (Uugh, again...
) so I am adjusting my starting weight & ticker to account for the new scale...I really havn't gained anything!
