Melissa,

What kind of bread do you eat that's 1 pt for 2 slices? I previously got dark rye high fiber yada yada bread which was 2 pts for 1 slice.

Thx.

Goldenberry, I just found it yesterday. It is called "Healthy Life." I got the ww, I don't know if the others would be the same point values or not. Anyway, one piece is 0 points, and two pieces is 1 point. It tastes really great. It is kind of small, but works for me! DH even likes it. I found it at Kroger if you have one. I think that I have also seen this brand at Wal-Mart.

If you can't find that kind, the Sara Lee Delightful bread, both wheat and white, is 1 pt. for 2 slices ... and so is the Weight Watchers brand bread. The Sara Lee is good. For 2 slices, it's 90 calories 1 gram of fat, and 5 grams of fiber (but cap at 4) = 1 point.

Okay here's what I ate on Tuesday!

Breakfast: 2 slices light oatmeal bread w/margarine and all fruit spread, oatmeal w/splenda & milk, tea

Lunch: pretzels and diet coke while driving from Orlando to Gainesville, 2 pieces of a kitkat bar, 1 apple

Dinner- out with friends at Bahama Breeze (Flaribbean food - what the heck is that? )

1 bahamargarita -made w/3 flavor ices - kiwi, lemon, strawberry
1 FANTASTIC Ultimate Pina Colada- w/strawberry ice inside and whipped cream on top
appetizers: these big coconut breaded onion rings w/dip, cuban bread (like bruschetta), trinidad chicken (chicken in mild sauce w/mashed sweet potatoes and zucchini) - okay I could barely finish the"light" portion but I sure tried!

It was all good!
