Hey Everyone, I have been confused about something for a while.... When you are using your slider to figure out the points, it says the "dietary fiber" is under the carbs... but what if it does not break out the fiber? For example(this was the only think I could grab which had it) I have these spitz pumpkin seads things(?!?!) :::
120 calories
7.3 fat
and it only says 6.8 carbs (there is no breakout of fiber)

So would it be 2pts per serving?(using 4 or more fiber)
or 3pts using 0 fiber??!?!?!?!?!?!?

P.s.... I guess this is yet another reason why I have to make time for meetings!

Usually, if there is no fiber count in the carb breakdown, it means there is no significant fiber value. So I would count it as 0 fiber.

Celticcryer is correct. If there is no fiber listed it is 0.
