Default Emergency question re: breakfast cheesecakes!

I forgot to re-set the timer after the first 10 minutes at 400...and I can't remember for life of me what time I put them in. Is there any way to tell about when they're done?

I've never made the recipe, but an ordinary cheesecake sometimes gets a crack in the centre when it's done. I imagine the answer is too late now. I hope they are edible.

Ewwwww. They were disgusting. But...it was completely my fault. I'm sure the real recipe is as delicious as everyone said it was...but I was too lazy to get to the store for Splenda, and all we had was Sweet N' Low, which doesn't come close to Slenda...let alone sugar. The texture, etc was good it was just pretty bitter.

Sweet 'n Low goes bitter when heated. It's no good for baking, IMHO.

Yes, sadly I found out the hard way. I'm going to try these again, with Splenda...although they were bitter, I saw definate potential.
