Vickie, is that garlic dill dip the one that you told me about that time? It was good -- and I totally forgot all about it. I should get some for my snacks.

No, it's actually a fabulous full fat recipe that we all love converted to a FF recipe. Not as good as the full fat one but not bad. I like the Marzetti's one alot but the rest of the family thinks it has too much dill. Here's the recipe for the home made Garlic Dill Dip. I think it should be called Garlic Onion Dill Dip! You have to make it the night before you want it so that the minced dehydrated onions can rehydrate.

We usually double it for a party but I'd cut it down if it's just for you and Judd. People inhale this at parties and RAVE about it. I used to be embarassed because people would beg me to make it and it was SOOOOO easy. Oh and BTW make sure Judd eats some too or he won't be able to stand you!

Garlic Dill Dip

2 Cups Mayo (FF for Core)
2 Cups Sour Cream (FF for Core)
3 Tablespoons parsley flakes
3 Tablespoons dried minced onions
3 Teaspoons garlic salt (or powder if you avoid salt)
3 Teaspoons dill weed

Mix all ingredients the night before. To serve take 1 pound unsliced rye bread (bowl for Core!) and cut out center to make a bowl. Cut up pieces from center to use in dip. Serve with any fresh veggies.

Yumm! That sounds really good! Since it's only me though, maybe the Marzetti's would be adequate. Do you consider it Core too?

Okay, that's the one I bought before and I really liked it a lot. I think I should put it on my regular shopping list so that I don't forget it.

I'm trying!!!

Okay, my Neighborhood Market didn't have the FF Dill, just the regular. I got the Walmart brand, because it was actually 1 gram lower in fat. As little as I'm eating of it per serving, it should be no more than a point.
