July 1 - Swimming for 45 minutes

July 3 - Walked with my hubby around the neighborhood (the real exercise was getting the man to go with me! *L*) And Packed my livingroom, which has GOT to be considered exercise, right?

July 4: 40 minute walk with the boi and the dog, just before the neighborhood turned into a total war zone. (we live on the edge of reservation land, so the fireworks going off in peoples yards are the kind that make it sound like bombs are being dropped, heh)

It will be nice in another month or so, when things quiet down for a while

About an hour of walking yesterday, and an hour of aquacize. Our class was twice as big as normal, it was crazy.

I walked on the beach this morning for two miles with Tory. (german shepard) Would'nt you know, met the hottest guy...while tramping along in fatgirl sweats, oily face, fresh out of bed hair, and a zit the size of texas on my chin. Swoon...he had an adorable german shepard with him too. And he was a local! Don't see too many of those in the summer.

Oops time to catch up on exercise reporting. Over the weekend at festival I got in an hour plus of slightly drunken badminton (most fun exercise ever, ) and a couple hours of dancing at the fire.

Monday and Tuesday 30 minute lunch walks, plus 1 hour of aquacize last night.
