brunch: Farmer's Breakfast
s: cucumber, tomato, and/or celery
d: cook-out at the in-laws...I know we are having lean burgers but past that I don't know.
breakfast: toast with peanut butter, milk, cantaloupe
lunch: cup of black beans with FF sour cream, FF cheese, and salsa; some strawberries
dinner: DH and our friends want to go downtown Fort Worth tonight since we didn't get to go last Saturday. If they choose Mexican food, I'll get chicken fajitas. If it's Razzoos, I might be in trouble there because there's not much that would be Core friendly. If it's anywhere else, I'm going to look for a salad and baked potato. I'm not going to take my own condiments but will just get FF ranch and also put it on the potato.
Should I do a confession here? Here's my real menu from today.
brunch: Farmer's Breakfast
dinner: lean burger w/bun and the fixins, baked beans, chips, a scoop of potato salad, and an all beef hotdog. Not to mention dessert, which was a brownie ice cream thing and chocolate chip cookies.
There, that makes everyone else feel a lot better, doesn't it?

Breakfast: 1/2 lf cottage cheese w/strawberries
Lunch (was hungry while out getting nails done) - 4 slices deli chicken breast, small fruit salad
home: leftover chicken stir fry, diet pepsi, rice chips
