b: hot oat bran cereal, strawberries, milk
s: nectarine
l: big chef salad w/a LO salmon patty broken up in it (1 pt for dressing), watermelon, milk
WEIGH-IN
d: LO BLT pasta salad, corn on the cob (mmm!), milk

s: 94% ff popcorn

By the way, the BLT pasta salad turned out surprisingly yummy. I used the mild and creamy Dijon mustard so it cut down the "bite" a little on the dressing, and I used fresh baby lettuce from our garden. Yum! My whole family ate it, so I think I'll keep it in my menus.

Since I'm new, please excuse my ignorance, but what does "LO" stand for? Thanks! The menus look great and are very helpful!

So far, I have had:
Brunch (after weigh-in!): eggs, canadian bacon, tomato, 1 slice sourdough bread (2 pts)

Snack: peach, "On the Go" ff cottage cheese

Probable dinnerrader Joe's ahi tuna steak, asparagus, baked potato with ff buttery spray and ff sour cream, raw vegi salad with ff feta and dressing of vinegar with 2 tsp olive oil.

Usually, I try to have smaller meals spread throughout the day to deal with my hypoglycemia. But weigh in days are different since I don't eat before and get off kilter with my eating schedule. Will now do WW workout DVD - pretty good.

Hey hey! I'm not going to edit mine, but confess here.

So after work I was hot and thirsty ... can you tell where this is leading? Yes okay, I stopped and bought some beer. Now bear in mind that I had a totally GREAT eating day, and had 5 bottles of water at work. I went to Target and got a few things, and when I came home and was putting them up, I saw a piece of garlic bread sitting on the counter and ate it.

So maybe I'd better skip dinner.
