Hi. I was wondering if anyone here has done the Zone Diet. How do you feel about it? I was pondering the idea to sign up for the web based plan and follow the diet from there. I looked around on info for it and really think it suits me. Now that I've started exercising regularly, I need to be more mindful of my eating.
I looked around here and I didn't find any support group on here but maybe I missed some postings. Just let me know if there is one I might of missed. Or if anyone else is on here that wants to do a Zone Diet club on here, I'll be happy to join.
