Hi everyone...
I am starting a low carb nutrition plan... Not Atkins, but my own low carb idea. I am just cutting out sugar and starchy carbs, and limiting my carb sources to whole-wheat, non-starchy carbs... brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, etc. Even with those, I am limiting my daily intake and will get most of my carbs from fresh fruits and mostly veggies.
My husband is in the Air Force and we are PCSing (moving) to Germany in December of this year. I am also graduating from college with my BA in December of this year. My first goal is to lose 60 pounds by my graduation date. I don't want to walk across the stage and then move to Germany at this weight. I want to be confident and feel GREAT for these lifechanging events. I want to be at my goal weight of 135 by next summer.
