Default Wendie's Plan

Is anyone having success with Wendie's Plan or is it better to do the straight flex points with the bonus 35.

If you utilize all your TPs and at a minimum all your 35 FPs a week and vary the points you get day to day you do essentially what Wendy did. She just thought of it before W/W did. However many people feel they need the structure that Wendy gives them with telling them the exact points to eat each day.
