Default Yogurt/dairy serving sizes

In the book that I have (2003), it says to have up to 3 cups of milk or yogurt daily.

In the food lists updates, it says to have only 2 for Phase 1.

In some posts on this board, they say only 4oz of yogurt.

I'm a bit confused, please help!

Where did you get the 4 oz limit? Remember that not all chicks have read the FAQ.

I think it is either in the Phase 1 FAQs or in various threads.

Thanks for the clarity.

mrce, I've heard we should only have 6oz of fruit-flavored yogurt. Instead, I have a cup (one serving) of plain yogurt, and add either a Tbsp of SF jam (in Phase 2) or SF syrup (in Phase 1). If you eat three servings a day (see side of yogurt for serving size, 8 oz is a serving of milk) of yogurt and milk, it helps reduce your belly fat.
