I'm still 148. Actually, I am SO GLAD I am still 148 after all the crap I ate this weekend! I saw some fluctuations on the scale, but as long as I don't get up to 150 again I'm happy. Not sure I'll make my summer challenge goal of 145 by June 21, but I'm starting a circuit training class today and so from now till August I'll be working out five days a week instead of three, so maybe that will jumpstart it a little.
hehe ill post mine in the morning! Tomorrow is the one week anniversary of my diet! I have been cheating on the scale weighing every day though...but i will stop after tomorrow!
Well Friday weigh in time. I actually lost 3.5 pounds! I'm down from 173.25 to 169.5. I'm not really jumping up and down excited about it because I was sick all week and haven't exercised at all since Sunday. I found out I have strep throat and my ears hurt and I've just been a bum all week. I was laying in bed with a fever and chills and didn't eat for two days. I was in a bad way. I should have gotten back to exercise tonight but I didn't, we went to a movie instead. I hate this! I HAVE to get back into the swing of things or I'm in big trouble. Once I let my exercise routine go then it's all downhill. But thanks to the fever and no eating for 2 days, I did lose more weight than usual. I'm sure it will go right back up as soon as I'm properly hydrated. It went up a pound since yesterday so hopefully not too much more.
Ok, enough whining. I'm better and back on the horse! Good luck on the coming week ladies!

well I'm stuck at 155 but I know it wasn't my "fault" per se, because my eating was good and my exercise was good, it's my TOM though so I think that's the culprit. Im looking forward to a much BETTER result next week!
I am currently trying to break the habit of weighing myself every day . I am at 228 right now and it's the first time I've seen the 220's in more than 2 years! I'm thrilled.
