Well I've read that a few people throw it in their morning south beach approved shakes, so I would imagine it's alright.

I ran out and bought some from Trader Joe's since you get a LOT for the price. Some of them are ridiculously expensive.

2 scoops added to my morning shake really seems to keep me full for quite a long time
