Default Luna Bar's vs LA Lites

I have heard that we can use the Luna Lites instead of LA Lites?? Is this true? Are there any certain kinds that we have to use or does it no matter?

Irish,
I don't think it matters, but I'm not sure. I love the smore's flavored one. It's sooo yummy. Also nutz over chocolate is pretty good too.

The luna bars in particular (as opposed to other brands of protein/diet bars) make a good substitute because they are similar in calories (around 180) and protein (8-10 grams). Any bar that meets those two basic guidelines can be used, I'd think!

I like those two as well I also found a new favorite the Chocolate Peppermint Stick, These actually taste better than the LA Lite bars IMO.

Chocolate Peppermint stick is really good, and I also like Dulce de Leche. Yum! I usually mix the Lunas and Lites as well.
