Thank you Linda, you are so sweet. The truth is, my kitchen is so bare that applesauce is the only core breakfast-type food I have here!! I am going to the grocery first thing this morning, and I'm sure I'll have a snack when I get back. Thank you for thinking of me though!!

Breakfast: Light yogurt (2), baby carrots with FF onion dip*

Lunch: Baked potato with FF sour cream and FF cheddar

Dinner:

Snack:

Water so far: 32 oz.

*I was looking around on the WW eTools site at the list of Core snacks, and saw dip made with FF yogurt and 1 T. of onion soup mix. I figured it would be just as good with FF sour cream, and it was okay but probably the yogurt would be better.

Did most of you not have a picnic today??? I had a picnic/birthday party for my neice.

B - oatmeal
skim milk

L - 1/2 burger (split with DD)
1 spoonful of 7 layer salad (lettuce, peas, water chestnuts, bacon, hard boiled egg,
tomatoes and mayo and sugar??)
1 spoonful of broccoli salad (broccoli, cheese, bacon, vinegar and sugar)
1 spoonful potato salad (potatoes, mayo, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, dill weed)
1 piece of chocolate birthday cake, with one scoop of vanilla ice cream made with
splenda.

D - coffee

I didn't know how to count all that points wise., just assumed everything 3 pts. each, plus the 4 I had for breakfast. I don't know somewhere around 24 or 25., Wendie says 26 for today, so I am done.

Did do the Leslie Sansone Miracle Mile this morning. It's on On Demand; and fun, only takes 15 minutes, actual mile done in 12, but then cool down etc.

No picnic here -- it rained a little bit this afternoon, but so far I haven't even left the house. I'm surprised I even got dressed this morning!!

DH's friend called and wanted to do something, but I think it was more like either go sit at the bar and drink beer, or stay home, cook out and drink beer. We said nah ... we'll stay home. DH has been napping in the recliner most of the day while I make potholders. He says I'm obsessed. What do you think? I've made 8 in the last 3 days, and four of them aren't even for me. They're to give to someone at work (anyone?? Bueller?) who has a blue and yellow kitchen.
