Phase 2: end of May start
That's to include those starting next week.
I had oatmeal this morning which didn't cause cravings. Of course I didn't realize that I was supposed to have protein too. It was a busy morning so I didn't look at the plan.

VENT I've been at 155.5 for 5 days.
