I agree.....................talk to your Leader and do not start maintenance until you are ready to truly maintain. Many continue to lose small amounts each week even during maintenance.(with adding a few points
)
WW does not allow a member to go more than 5 pounds below the LOWEST end of the range unless you have a Doctors permission slip.
I think you are choosing a good weight you can maintain.That is important!
