Telephone - Didn't make an outreach call today, yet

Writing - Answered a recovery question and wrote on a jouranling assignement that my sponsor gave me (list assets...I have assets ??)

A Plan of Eating - yep

Sponsorship - emailed sponsor and temporary while she's on vacation sponsor

Meetings- 2 online, paid attention well at one

Telephone- called temp sponsor, PMed a couple for outreach

Writing-wrote alot in my journal. didn't write step 4. two days running.

Literature-read some AABB, recovery checklist, and VOR

Anonymity-yep

Service-PMed people, emailed someone, led newcomers meeting

leading the newcomers meeting was awesome. the BB says service lifts you up when all else fails (my loose paraphrase) and boy I can see it's true. there were lots of questions, a few hurting people. it's nice to care about someone else and want them to get better, to be in a position to show them some of the way and more importantly to show them that they aren't alone... there's so much comfort and hope and help in the fellowship.

How very true about service Cacky. I've also heard it said that it puts us outside of ourselves and allows us to not forcus on the self. When we help others out it comes back to us. It's an awesome tool!
