Thought I'd get a head start on tomorrow's menu!
Have to go to work early for a course we're running - if I'm up early enuf it will be cereal w/milk before I leave, otherwise once course has started....
Breakfast: instant plain oatmeal, decaf w/light cream
Snack: sf/ff vanilla mango yogurt
Not sure if I'll be walking at lunch as looks like the rain clouds are heading our way yet again!
Lunch: bbq/roast chicken breast, 1/2 baked potato, 1/4 acorn squash, 1 tsp butter
1 banana
Snack:1/2 c. lf cottage cheese/strawberry mix
Dinner:?? not sure (dd dancing from 6:30 - 8 pm) - maybe broiled burgers & salad??
Snack: decaf lf cappuccino at Starbucks if time permits!
