Hon, staying on Phase 1 is not a good idea. I know the idea of Phase 2 is scary, but you need to move on for your health and your weight loss. The dramatic loss in Phase 1 does not continue if you stay on, and your health is compromised by staying on it for a long time. Please consider moving to Phase 2 now. You can add one thing this week, either fruit or starch, and eat it each day this week. Then see how you do. You may gain a couple of pounds during this time of figuring things out, but you will drop them afterwards. I gained about 5 pounds figuring Phase 2 out, but lost over 90 since then and continue to lose.
You can do this...it's a great plan, but it's definitely time to move to Phase 2.
