LOL! I'm sorta embarrassed to say!! But oh what the heck ... it's for a good cause. My friend wanted to do this because she's totally desperate. She can be good all she wants, but the scale (and her size) doesn't change after years of yo-yo dieting. She has gone to diet doctors and has taken all the Meridia, Adipex, Phen Fen, etc. so her body is really screwed up.
We're doing the Weight Loss for Idiots thing. I guess we'll see, huh? I'm hoping she can stick with it, so we're doing the same thing so that we can share food and encourage each other. If I lose just a few, I'll be happy but she's hoping to lose a lot.

I tried to put the link but something wouldn't work.
it's *****************.com
Made a lot of sense to me (for a short-term thing) because it talks about your body getting used to the number of calories you give it, and adjusting itself to burn just that amount.

Dang it, I wonder why it won't let me put the link in?
Anyway, without the spaces, it's this: weight loss 4 idiots . com
Try that.
