Does anyone use this stuff for exercise, or any of the more professional-looking bands? Are they only good for resistance training & toning, or are there cardio possibilities as well? I am going to be in a place with no facilities soon and need to come up with stuff I can do in my little cabin in the woods. Machines are out, no electricity and everything has to be flown in anyway, soit'snot practical.
thanks,
Sue

Anything you do that gets your heart rate into its target zone for at least 20 minutes is "cardio." So if you do the movements fast enough for a long enough time, that would count. You'd just have to make sure the resistance is low enough for you to be able to sustain the activity long enough.
