Wahey! Cute gym instructor and shopping what a day!

Cat I Primark! I've got some shortie shorts to wear for summer and a nice floaty skirt and TONS of shoes and little T shirts and a really nice vest top that looks a bit funny round the boobiedoos so it's going back!

I spend about 20 quid a week there cos it's just on my high street and when the new things come in and they're soooooo cheap, what's a girl to do?

I can't shop in Primark yet, they stop at a size 18, and I am still a 22 (but not for long!!!! I was a 26-28 in January!!!) But my dh gets things there, on my insistence. He used to be a Debenhams shopper, but Primark stuff is so cheap and good quality.

Cute gym instructor came into the pool while I was swimming, I hate that!!!!

Gym is shut for the bank holiday today, so I will go for a walk and do housework.

Yes, Kyk, I can buy some stuff in Primark, and last I looked I was a size 22-24 in tops (big bazoomas ) and a size 18-20 in bottoms. They do quite good leisure wear that is good for working out in (trakkie bottoms and that sort of thing).

Just come back from a brisk 45 minute walk - burned off 300 calories according to my heart rate monitor. Its really humid here after thunderstorms all night, so I sweated like billy-o.......but sweat is now my friend, right ?!

Kind regards, Janey

Oh yes sweat is your sticky friend!

We pottered off for a little walk this morning to wake up! I don't really count it as exercise cos I was still half asleep!

I'll have another go, everything I have seen in Primark stops at an 18!!!!!!!!!!!???????? I saw a nice crinkle skirt on Friday when we were last minute power shopping. On my holidays next week I will wander at leisure and try again.

I hate sweating too, I feel an idiot (a very wet one) on the cross-trainer!!! My shirt ends up sodden at the front, yeuch!!!!!!!!

Finished my exercise for the day with a 32 minute rebounding session and 10 minutes free weights . Now I can relax for the rest of the day and feel virtuous .

Kyk, just buy the nice clothes! After all they are cheap...

Then slim into them! If you don't ever get to wear them, then you've only wasted a few quid! I just bought some too tight shorts that were 6 quid! They'll be swanning around on the beach with me eventually!

Good idea, I will do that. Does that caveat exted to the £185 day Birger and Mikkelsen silk tunic that I have fallen in love with???? I don't think I spend that much on clothes in a six month period!!!

Nah, it's not worth it when you'll slim out of it! Think about it, if you bought it in an 18, after you fit into it, it'd be baggy on you in about a week!

OK I am off to my kickboxing class in a bit! I've had enough of revision for the day (I can't really find anything more to revise...)

I think I'll come home and do some soldering! OOOoooh fun!
