Hi guys and girls,

Just wanted to let you know I had my first weigh in today and I lost 6.6 lbs this week. I'm so excited about it and can't wait to see what next week will be like.

Congratulations!
Just remember throughout the rest of this week how AWSOME that feels...to approach the scale and KNOW that you did program, that you ate healthy and you are FINALLY in control. Before WW I felt like I was free-falling with mt eating, just knowing I have the ability to control myself is worth a million.
