Hoo boy, I have no idea but this is the plan (besides a gallon of water):
B: nothing. Got up too late and it's nearly lunchtime
L: not hungry. See a pattern here?
D: have pork chops thawing, so I'll probably have one with a salad
B - oatmeal, banana and milk
L - tortillas (pts) guacamole, olives and refried beans
S - fruit and yogurt
D - sweet potato salad and a bit of birthday food for my niece (I got over 10 pts left)
