What not to eat! (so do we post what we ate even if we are big piggies and are overindulging???)

Breakfast: 1/2 bagel w/margarine, milk, 2 scrambled eggs
coffee w/cream

THE BINGE:
bbq potato chips
coconut covered marshmallows
1 pickle
1 scoop chopped liver, 1 scoop chopped eggplant
couple of spoons of charoseth (passover dish made of grated apples, chopped pecans, cinammon, honey & grape juice)
1 piece of matza w/margarine
diet pepsi

Well there you have it - a supreme pigout after coming home from my ww meeting!!!

I feel like I should not anything else today, but realize that's not realistic. I think something set me off and now I need to fight all the cravings to get back in control.

Wish me luck!

Since I'm sick my menu isn't worth posting. Chicken noodle soup, veggie beef soup, and white bread. Wow, how exciting and non-core.

I was just wondering what Rotel dip is Kathy? I love rotel.

Melissa -- Rotel dip = 16 oz. of Velveeta and a can of Rotel melted together. It is the food of the gods! Everybody else eats it with chips but if I got started, I would eat like no tomorrow! It's equally as good with celery, IMO.

Kathy, I have had dip like that before. Do you make it core? Or just count the points? I was just wondering because I love dips like that.

I have to count the points because Velveeta isn't Core. It's worth it though!
