Weird day today...

b: pasta salad and a granola bar (3 pts)
l: probably nothing, maybe applesauce
d: scrambled eggs, (family is having waffles, maybe I'll indulge in one), fruit, milk

I have weigh-in today, and I know, due to TOM, it's not going to be pretty. I just hope I don't go above 131, and have to start my "maintenance" period all over again.

B - oatmeal and fruit and milk
L - soup and cottage cheese and fruit
S - popcorn
D - something like that chicken chipotle bowl I see up top. I will make it up with beans, avocado, chicken, corn, etc.

Let's see how it goes.
