WOO HOO for me!!!!
I cannot believe I stuck with it thru the weekend! I even had a decaf latte with skim milk from Dunkin Donuts (not sure if the hazelnut flavoring was ok) and a kids size no sugar/no fat coconut cream pie yogurt from TCBY.
I am so motivated now. The hard part is going to be when we go away for 3 days on Wednesday. I've planned my snacks and hopefully I can stick to it.
I even bought a bathing suit and my hubby said it looked good. I'm hoping for a tankini by summer!
