I use my smoothies as breakfast, but I assume they could be a snack if they stay around 200 calories. The almonds, however, could be a problem. You can only have 15 a day (and then no more nuts or peanut butter), so you definitely can't have 2 smoothies with 8-10 almonds in them.
I really wouldn't have more than one a day...you need more veggies, and unless you are thinking of adding them to your smoothie (
), you might want to have something different at your other meals and snacks.
