and by "from home", I mean no meetings, no online membership?
Im basically doing it "on my own", and with the HUGE help of great websites like this one!
Ive been printing out recipes, info, etc and Im putting it in a little folder. Im weighing myself weekly (has only been 10days so far) lost 7lbs in the 1st week!
So far, Im REALLLLY motivated, and Im sure if I stay on this site, I'll keep the motivation and "rah rah" feeling going that you get at meetings
I figured the $12/week I can spend on new rollerblades or something that would be part of my losing weight! I cant sit still
and asking me to sit in a meeting for an hour, once a week, is kinda outrageous
Edited to say: I do have a points counter, and I am aware of the extra points allowed, so Im trying to stay on top of that too...
Anyone else doing this on their own with great success ??
