Angela, I was JUST about to do this! Great minds....

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and a banana cooked in (The help hasn't made the darn homemade oatmeal again!)

Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with Bordens FF american slice and ketchup

Snack: Peach smoothie

Dinner: Mixed field greens salad with tomato and mushrooms, Core Cola Chicken (that I was supposed to make last night), baked potato, green beans

Snack: Core Candy Apple with FF Cool Whip

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 1/4 bagel (which I "stole" from youngest ds - wouldn't eat it cuz it was slightly burnt! ), small glass of milk
decaf w/cream (at my meeting)

Lunch/snack???: 1 pear, 1 banana (was replenishing the fruit bowl and these were looking pretty glum!), and a small piece of my birthday cake

Will eat again when I'm hungry - no specific plans

Dinner - don't really want to go out w/dh altho I know he advised me on thurs that he made a reservation somewhere and I had to "dress up"??? As we are not on good speaking terms I advised him that perhaps he should cancel - have not had this confirmed. Will have to check on this later!

Frouf

P.S. I just noticed this is my 1111th post - do I get prize or something?

Here's your prize, Frouf!

More cake ... after all, I don't think your birthday is quite over yet.

My day will be quite disjointed but hopefully I'll be able to stay good.

B: two bites of chicken salad and two bites of cantaloupe. I was making the chicken salad and thought I'd taste it, then was cutting up the cantaloupe and ditto.

L: probably nothing unless I eat some strawberries with FF cottage cheese -- not sure yet if I'll have time and/or be hungry mid-day.

D: grilled pork chops, grilled vegetables on skewers (yellow squash, onion, mushrooms, bell pepper), and salad

Lisa, how is the WW carrot cake? Is it frozen or in the muffin aisle?

Oh Vickie, I can answer that! These are the BEST little things in the world!! At my store, they're near the bread because they have a whole WW section there. They are a little smaller than a Zinger, and a little sweeter than regular carrot cake in my opinion, but I think it's to satisfy that sweet craving with just a little bite of something. There are 6 in a package and at my store there were (I think) $2.68 but if it'll do the trick, it's worth it. Each is 80 calories and 1 point.

Ooohhhh! I'm so there. I LOVE carrot cake. Are they frosted or is that too much to ask for 1 point? What else have you tried that's good/bad?

They ARE frosted! And so yummy! I've only had them, but my WW friend at work has had the chocolate as well as the blueberry muffin, and she prefers the carrot cake.
