As everyone knows exercise is not my favourite thing...............was wondering if anyone can reccomend a good dvd or video that might be fun and i might like ????????????
Well, I recently got and really liked the "Walk Away The Pounds" DVD by Leslie Sansone. Now, I don't have much experience with this kind of vids, so I can't compare with others, but I found it dynamic, quite fun to do, not taking too much time (at least for the first workout - about 18-20 mins long), and it made me move *way* more than what I had been expecting. Perhaps this could be a good one for you?
