good morning gang!

Monday~3/21

breakfast:
2 coffee - 100
protein shake - 200

mini bagels - 75

lunch:
chicken salad sandwich
on wheat - 500

supper:
steak - 500
baked potato - 300

exercise: none *sigh*
note to self: I have to get up at 5 to exercise
way too busy later!

water: 64 oz

total calories: 1675

1 FF yogurt 2
1/2 cup oatmeal 3
1/4 cup coffee with cream 1
Lunch
2 slices light rye 1
2 slices virginia ham thin In case I'm goign to say 2
1 slice cheese 2
Dole fruit cup
Snack
carrots 0
apple sauce 1
Dinner
maybe homeade lasagna maybe something with chicken depends on how lazy I am when I get home

Exercise: 30 minute 2 mile WATP dvd
March Miles = 26.5

Water: 64 oz

Total calories: 1435
