Your menu sounds yummy Kathy - I assume there will be lots of "greens" in there? lol
What I have planned so far:
Breakfast: 1/2 lf cottage w/pineapple, decaf w/light cream
Lunch: the SOUP! (about 1.5 bowl size?)
2 plums
Snack: 1 apple, sf/ff yogurt
Dinner: boy have I been bad at dinner planning this week - keep planning but don't ever end up eating what I think I will?
...so not sure what's for dinner? how's that?
