I am down to 162.5! I am into VFT and out of the range I've been in for the last few months! I've been really on-plan for a whole week!

Even though I pigged out this weekend (cookies, pizza, hot dogs, chicken McNuggets, oh my!), it seems to have finally knocked me off my plateau, and I'm down to 156! I don't understand how eating so much made me LOSE weight (this is the most pig-out weekend I've had in months), but I'm happy to be off the plateau finally!

My plateau seems to have come to an end as well...I've been 156 for the past two days so now I'll consider it an official change!
