Everyone's so busy sometimes, it's hard to schedule in time for exercise, and easy to find excuses not to do it. This is a thought that has helped me to stick with it:

There are 24 hours in a day. 30 minutes of exercise only takes up 1/48 of your day!! In reality, it's such a small amount of time to invest into something that is so good for you, that can help you to elongate your life and feel better about yourself, to ease stress and make you more healthy overall!
So the next time you think about skipping out "just this once"... remember the recommended minimum of 30 minutes per day is ONLY 1/48 of your day, and that that small investment reaps big rewards! It doesn't seem like such a hard thing to do then!
