I love the Firm! I have several of their earliest videos. Occasionally I've tried other types of video by other instructors, but I keep coming back to the Firm. My only complaint is that I have to change a lot of the footwork because my knees won't tolerate all the lunges, squats, and plies. But in every other respect, these are the best videos I've ever tried, period.
Usually I like to do The Firm three days a week, alternating with my Gazelle, an exercycle, or walking on the other two days. (I don't exercise weekends.) Right now I'm taking a step aerobics class two days, so I'm not using my Firm tapes as often as I have in the past. The class will probably run till school lets out in the summer, then I'll be back to my Firm workouts again.
