Default Re-introducing myself

Hi All,

This is my second go around with South Beach Phase 1. I have been to this great website before and think its a wonderful place to find support. Allot of really great people here.

I'm happy to be back. I started phase 1 on Monday, February 28. I seem to be taking this more seriously this time and have been sticking with the phase one plan except for a run in with a bowl of chili but no need to go into that. I think things are going rather well but I'm looking forward to finishing phase one.

Looking forward to learning from the you and sharing with you.

Welcome back, Ivy! BTW, you can have chili on Phase 1...just make sure the tomatoes and seasoning don't have sugar and use lean meat! Yum!

Of course, since it's Lent, a bowl of chili sounds extra appealing right now!
