...so here is what my non-core day looked llike!
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, decaf w/cream
Lunch: 1 slice ww toast, turkey breast, 1 dill pickle, 4 cherry tomatoes
Snack: 1 apple, cappuccino
Another snack? 1 bagel w/butter
Another snack: 2 pepperoni sticks
Movies: buttered popcorn, diet pepsi
Late night snack: 1 slice french toast w/syrup, 1 glass milk
Well there you have it - some very good examples of non-core eating! (and I got 2 stickers today at my meeting cuz I knew most of the 8 healthy rules for eating - go figure!
