I started using Advocare and I really like their supplements. The appetite control is amazing! I've lost 6 pounds in the last few weeks and I feel great.

The best part, for me, is that the supplements come in little packets. This means that I can just grab a strip of packets and I have all I need for the day. It makes it so easy to use their products!

I used their products a couple of years ago. I liked them but they are really expensive! I liked the Perfect You Vanilla Shake powder and I also liked their skin care system...in addition to the supplements. I think they are overpriced like I said but I would still recommend them if you have the money to spend.
2 relatives in my husbands family have used their products for 3 years now and they have slimmed down. However, now they have to take the supplements or they feel terrible (no energy--is what they tell me). Try the shake--it is really good.
