It is just a wheel with handles coming out of each side. You roll it in front of you and it works your abs. Kinda like doing rolling pushups.

I have one but I can't use it on count of my knee. I am not able to bend down on my knee at all.

5 minutes, eh? I wonder if I can fit that into my schedule.
It sounds great, AZ! Don't you love that "good pain"!?

I did it one minute at a time over the course of an hour during TV commercials

Oh, well! If you're going to break it up like THAT, maybe I can do it!
I'll see if I can find one here.

AZ Does this wheel really work, for that price. I bought a Ab roller for crunches that didn't work.I still have the tummy , and it was a waste of money.I paid $82 for equipment that sits my basement. Hope it works for you. Hugs BB
