Anyway, basically all I am doing is sticking with the plan and drinking plenty of water and exercising almost daily. I do eat lots of veggies, drink about 200 oz. of water a day, only have 2 glasses of wine one evening of the week, and stay away from nuts (I have no control over nuts..I go crazy! No amount is enough to satisfy me
) I also only have a sweet treat if I'm really in the mood and that is typically a sf fudgesicle or sf jello.
I've had 2 occasions where I had some champagne, but that is about it for 'cheats'.
