AZ thats wonderful to hear. Great going! I see that you've been on SBD just over a month now. Since we have several newbies around, as well as old hands hanging out on the boardwalk, perhaps you'd like to share what/when you've been eating, any slipups, exercise, or whatever you think may be helpful, inspiring, motivational. (maybe age and height to if its not too personal.)

Thanks, and once again WAY TO GO!

Anyway, basically all I am doing is sticking with the plan and drinking plenty of water and exercising almost daily. I do eat lots of veggies, drink about 200 oz. of water a day, only have 2 glasses of wine one evening of the week, and stay away from nuts (I have no control over nuts..I go crazy! No amount is enough to satisfy me ) I also only have a sweet treat if I'm really in the mood and that is typically a sf fudgesicle or sf jello.

I've had 2 occasions where I had some champagne, but that is about it for 'cheats'.

Thats it!

wanted to add that as far as grains go, I make my own bread and enjoy the flat down bread occasionally. Also, I generally eat a half a cup to a cup of berries per day. I've never been a big fruit person so that is plenty for me.

I'm glad I'm not the only person who uses Flat down. Those are yummy, though they have a little bit of non SBD ingredients, they're not that bad.

AZ, congrats! Great for you!!! This morning they were doing a little maintainance on the site, which is why you got the weird message. All should be well now.

Yowsa! Another 1.5 lbs. left last night! wow. 4.5 pounds totally gone this week! woohoo! I'm eating the same and doing about the same exercise (maybe a little more) and the only thing I'm doing different is adding cinnamon to my vitamins routine. hm..wonder if that is the difference??
