Oy, what a day....
breakfast:

snack:
TJ's fat free not calorie free popcorn 3/5
lunch:
leftover layered enhiladas 5/11
laughing cow cheese 1/12
tea
oatmeal (i wanted something from the vending machine, but this was available) 2/14
dinner:
TJ's chicken masala dinner with brown rice 7/21
lime pickle 1/22
spinach
snack:
just fruits -- mixed berries (yum, but expensive) 4/26
exercise: 45 min bike 2.5
half hour pt -- mostly stretching and core exercises 1
so, 26-3.5=22.5 2.5 flexies used
geez, can I make it through the day without a flexie?
water: not enough
