Default Weight training: Increased appetite?

Hi all. Long time WW and a lifetime member. I started doing some moderate weight training, and since I have been doing it, I'm want to eat constantly! I'm usually very controlled in my portions and what I eat, but since I've been doing this, I nibble, pick, eat way more than I ever have, and what's worse, I don't feel good at all. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it that I'm burning so much more with the weight training (still doing cardio too) or just some other unexplained reason?

When you weight training you are increasing your metabolism to burn more. Try eating a bit extra protein and it should help curb the hunger.

Kel is right eat more protein specially right after your workout... maybe some cottage cheese and a fruit or even 4oz chicken with brown rice...
