I'm reading this book right now, and so far so good. I do like low-carb when done without the Frankenfoods, but it's the high-fat thing that kills me. I simply cannot handle it.
This books modifies the low-carb guidelines with a touch of Mediterranean diet, which is my native diet: fish, fibrous veggies, focus on monounsaturated oil, and less saturated.
Not done with the book yet, but I'll post again when I finish. Who knows, if I keep this thread active I might lure another Hamptons Diet fan
