Okay Okay, What a Saturday I had. I knew well in advance that I had a big party to go to. One that happens every year and that every year I drink and drink more and then eat.... and eat.
So, my smart thought was to not eat all day until dinner before the party. I had 10 pts all at once for dinner because of course I was starving!!!
At the party, 3 glasses of wine and minimal food. I was so prepared to just throw the diet to the wind for the night and couldn't!!! Ugh. I guess I am getting this diet down. I probably ate and drank my 35 flex points for the week along with the balance of my daily points, but I think I am going to be okay for the week.
Today, back to the counting!!! I have my meeting on Mon nights so I am anxious for tommorrow to see how I did for the week.
