Blueberry Blast Smoothie- 2 points
2 slices of 12 grain bread- 2 points

Dinner:
1 cup of beef veggie and pasta soup- 6 points
2 cups of milk- 4 points
2 slices of 12 grain bread- 2 points
1 tbsp of PB- 2.5 points
simply all fruit- 1 point
