Default Paul McKenna's "I Can Make You Thin"

Hi

Has anyone come across/tried this book. It's got excellent reviews on Amazon and I was reading about it another forum, and everyone who'd tried it was very pleased and said they were getting results. It seems to be about retraining how you think about food and your relationship with food rather than a diet plan.

Sounds interesting, may give it a go.

I think it's a book with a CD to listen to, which is what is being sold on Amazon, or you buy a DVD, but I've not seen that.

I'm doing really well on my own at the moment, but I think if I start to lapse or have one of my binges, I may get this then!

I bought it the other day. I read the book and listened to the CD yesterday.

Already the thought of eating chocolate makes me feel ill, so something must be working

I got it in WHSmiths a couple of months ago, it's done absolutley zip for me! The book makes good sense, but the CD just makes me giggle...he's got a SLOOOOOWWW DEEEEEP voice....
I can't relax properly when I listen to it and then when I do I fall asleep! However this has been a subject covered quite a few times on the Weight Watchers website boards and everyone else seems to think it's magic, so I guess I'm just one of those folks that can't be hypnotised! lol......or maybe I secretly want to eat loads of chocky and stay fat....

I've been listening to the cd for a few weeks now and it seems to be working for me. Its basic message is stop eating when you aren't hungry anymore.

I know that sounds like common sense but I've had to really train myself!!!

Its so easy to eat so fast that I don't realise I'm not hungry anymore til its all gone and suddenly I hurt!!

And also things taste so good that even when your full you don't wanna stop!

Default Paul 's book

I saw this book in Asda and I think it was cheaper than the published price so you could try and get one there......
